Logistics of planning a marquee wedding

It is such an exciting time planning a wedding and with so much information on the internet we have an abundance of information at our fingertips! It can also feel quite overwhelming.

If you are looking for a relaxed, outdoor wedding then a marquee wedding may be your dream venue! But where to start? Do you need land? Is there electricity? Do you need to hire toilets? Where will the catering / services tent go?

These are all logistical questions that come with hiring a marquee for your wedding and we are here to take ALL that unnecessary stress away. We know that you would rather be looking at flowers & cake, than types of toilets!

So, what we have created here at Meadow and Marquee is a truly great partnership with Willow and Forde, a very well established and highly reputable marquee company. We have curated a package so that our couples do not need to worry about all of the extra logistical decisions when it comes to hosting a marquee event.

We take care of the electricity, water supply, lighting, bar, tables and chairs, matting, dancefloor, toilets, catering and service tents, suitable ground to place a marquee, local suppliers, car park space, cutlery, crockery, linen and glassware and much more!

We have the land, over 25 years experience as an outside catering company and an equal amount of experience in delivering awesome weddings. We know what is essential, and we will help you through the stages of planning to get your ducks in a row through our great contacts within the industry.
